Genspark is the best value AI agent for office work in October 2026. Plus costs $24.99 per month ($19.99 billed annually) and includes a weekly Free Quota that runs Standard mode Super Agent, Slides, Sheets, Docs and Deep Research tasks without touching your 10,000 monthly credits. By Genspark

Genspark is the best value for people who mostly need office output from an agent: Plus includes a weekly Free Quota for Standard mode Super Agent, Slides, Sheets and Docs tasks that does not touch your credits. The tradeoff is credit complexity and a $249.99 jump to Pro, and Call for Me costs a flat 500 credits per call.

What it is

Genspark is an AI workspace built around Super Agent, which takes a task in plain English and coordinates the right tools to finish it. Around that sit an office suite (AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs, GenMail), build tools (Genspark Code, GenTerminal, Super App), a phone calling agent (Call for Me), meeting notes, voice dictation (Speakly), an AI Drive for files, an AI Browser and a Chrome extension.

The newer version of Super Agent runs in a dedicated sandbox with a real browser and its own filesystem. Genspark says it checks its own output, builds on earlier progress, and can run several tasks in parallel inside one project. Files are kept for the session; anything the agent delivers is saved with the project.

Pricing explained

Plan Monthly Annual Credits Storage
Free $0 $0 100 per day up to a lifetime limit 1 GB
Plus $24.99 $19.99 per month ($239.99 per year) From 10,000 per month 50 GB
Pro $249.99 $199.99 per month ($2,399.99 per year) From 125,000 per month 1 TB
Team $40 per seat $35 per seat ($420 per year) 10,000 per seat 60 GB per seat
Enterprise Contract Contract From 20,000 per seat Negotiated

Free Quota is the key detail. On Plus and Pro you get a weekly balance for text and image tasks in Standard mode across Super Agent, AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs, Deep Research, Fact Check and SecondBrain, at no credit cost. A blue bar reads "Using free quota at no credit cost" when it applies. Pro's weekly balance is 10 times Plus's. When it runs out, tasks switch to credits automatically; turn on Ask First if you want to confirm first. In media agents, planning is covered but generated video or audio uses credits.

AI Chat and AI Image. Core models are included at no credit cost on paid plans; flagship models use credits. Members who subscribed before September 18, 2026 keep unlimited AI Chat and AI Image within a five hour session window until January 1, 2027.

Annual billing is paid up front and saves about 20%, with credits still issued monthly. Plus and Pro both offer higher credit tiers. Downgrades take effect at renewal and unused credits do not carry over. Benefits on the plans page are listed as valid through June 30, 2027.

Value check. For someone who mostly makes decks, spreadsheets and research reports, Plus at $19.99 per month annually is one of the cheapest full agents available because Standard mode work comes out of Free Quota. If you need heavy video generation or flagship models, budget for credits. See the Price Index.

Key features

Super Agent

Describe research, content, data analysis, design, coding or communication tasks, and Super Agent coordinates agents and tools. Genspark's examples include a weekly recap from meeting notes, a new launch deck based on your last one, a Porter's Five Forces analysis saved as a skill and a renewal risk score from a customer's emails and tickets. Files can be up to 500 MB on Free and 1 GB on paid plans.

Skills

Tell Super Agent to save a workflow as a skill and it becomes reusable in any conversation and shareable with your team.

Office suite

AI Slides, AI Sheets and AI Docs produce finished files; a Microsoft Office plugin brings Genspark into Office apps.

AI Browser and Chrome extension

Genspark has its own AI Browser, and the Chrome extension brings its main features into Chrome: sidebar chat that remembers context as you change pages, deep page analysis, and browser automation that clicks buttons, fills forms and extracts data.

Call for Me

An AI calling agent that places real phone calls for you in a natural voice, gets through automated menus and returns a transcript and summary. It offers 10 voices, can schedule calls and translate in real time. Each call costs a flat 500 credits, and registering a phone number needs Plus or higher.

AI Meeting Notes and Speakly

Meeting transcription and summaries are included up to 24 hours a day on paid plans. Speakly voice dictation is free of credits, with 4,000 words a week on Free.

What users say

Genspark's iOS app holds 4.7 on the App Store from 4,341 ratings. Trustpilot lists Genspark, with reviews ranging from praise for AI presentations and support to complaints that it is not worth the money, but we could not load its total score to cite. Common praise is slide and report quality and the number of tools in one subscription. Common complaints are credit consumption on complex tasks and the price gap between Plus and Pro.

Privacy and security

Training. Team and Enterprise plans are automatically opted out of model training, and an organization admin does not automatically get access to members' private projects. The individual plan pages we read do not describe a training opt out; check Genspark's privacy policy before using Free, Plus or Pro with sensitive material.

Extension behavior. Genspark says the Chrome extension reads the current page only when you actively use it and does not collect or transmit browsing data in the background.

Enterprise. Enterprise adds SCIM provisioning, a DPA, invoicing and data residency options on contract.

Prompt injection. Super Agent browses the live web and the extension automates your tabs, so the indirect prompt injection risk Brave documented across agentic browsers in 2025 applies. Keep Super Agent away from sites with payment or account access unless the task needs it, and review emails or calls before they go out.

Who it is for

  • Consultants, marketers and analysts who produce decks, reports and spreadsheets weekly.
  • People who want many models in one plan. Core chat and image models are included on paid plans.
  • Small teams that want automatic training opt out at $35 per seat annually.
  • Anyone who hates phone calls. Call for Me books and confirms for you.

Who should skip it

  • Heavy video creators. Generated video uses credits even inside Free Quota.
  • People who need deep app integrations. ChatGPT agent lists 1,400+ plugins.
  • Large parallel research. Manus Wide Research is built for it.

Alternatives

  • Manus: Wide Research, 20 concurrent tasks and app builds from $20.
  • ChatGPT agent: ChatGPT Work on Plus at $20 per month.
  • Perplexity: Computer agent with cited sources.
  • Opera Neon: an agentic browser with model choice for $19.90.

Verdict

Genspark gives the most office output per dollar of any agent we compared, because its weekly Free Quota covers Standard mode work in Super Agent and its office tools without spending credits. Pick Plus on annual billing, use Standard mode for routine work and save credits for flagship models and media. Skip it if you need deep integrations or massive parallel research, and choose Team if training opt out matters.

Frequently asked questions

Is Genspark free?

Yes, with limits. Free gives 100 credits per day up to a lifetime allowance, 1 GB of AI Drive storage and limited access to agents and models. Once you use the lifetime allowance, the daily refill stops.

How much is Genspark Plus?

Plus is $24.99 per month, or $19.99 per month billed annually at $239.99 per year. It includes at least 10,000 credits a month, 50 GB of AI Drive, a weekly Free Quota and commercial use of generated content.

What is Genspark Free Quota?

A weekly balance on Plus and Pro that covers text and image tasks in Standard mode across Super Agent, AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs, Deep Research, Fact Check and SecondBrain without spending credits. The window starts with your first message and resets seven days later. Pro gets 10 times the Plus balance.

What is Genspark Super Agent?

Genspark's main agent. You describe a task and it coordinates the right tools, now in a dedicated sandbox with a real browser and its own filesystem. It can run several tasks in parallel in one project and save a workflow as a reusable skill.

Does Genspark have a browser?

Yes. Genspark has its own AI Browser and a Chrome extension that brings the same AI chat, page analysis and browser automation into Chrome. Genspark says the extension reads the current page only when you use it.

How much does Genspark Call for Me cost?

Each call costs a flat 500 credits for the real time voice model, plus a few credits for the summary. Registering a phone number needs Plus or higher, and calls go out over Genspark's lines, not your phone bill.

Does Genspark train on my data?

Team and Enterprise members are automatically opted out of model training. Genspark's individual plan pages we read do not state a training opt out, so check its privacy policy before uploading sensitive files on Free, Plus or Pro.

Genspark or Manus?

Genspark if your work is mostly slides, sheets and docs, because the weekly Free Quota covers Standard mode tasks without credits. Manus if you need large parallel research or app and game builds.
