Hidden costs
- Domains and mailboxes. Unlimited accounts in the software, but each mailbox costs money from Google, Microsoft or a reseller, and each domain costs a yearly fee.
- Lead data. Outreach plans include no leads; budget $47 a month or more if you do not have lists.
- Verification. Sold separately; bounces above a few percent damage domains.
- Accidental add ons. Reviewers report being charged for a CRM subscription they did not intend to buy. Check your billing page after signup.
- No refunds. Reviewers describe a strict no refund policy, so annual is a real commitment.
