Fact checked against each company's published pricing, documentation and verified user ratings. How we score
Tickets is the best value Discord ticket bot. Unlimited tickets, forms, claiming, support teams and automatic transcripts are free, and premium is only $2.99 per server a month for unlimited panels, statistics, autoclose and exit surveys. It is open source and used by more than 600,000 communities. The limits: 3 panels on free, and Patreon only billing.

Tickets gives away what Ticket Tool charges for: unlimited tickets, forms, claiming and automatic transcripts on free, and premium is only $2.99 per server per month. The tradeoffs are 3 panels on free, no verified rating base yet for the v2 bot, and billing through Patreon from a small UK company.

What it is
Tickets is a support ticket bot for Discord with a web dashboard, operated by BH Cloud Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 16211348). Its current bot is Tickets v2, which its top.gg listing calls the successor to the original Tickets bot. The code lives in the TicketsBot-cloud GitHub organization (30 public repositories, mostly MIT licensed), and the organization says it serves more than 600,000 communities.
Members open a ticket from a panel (one button per topic), answer an optional form, and land in a private channel or thread with your support team. Staff can claim tickets, and closed tickets are saved as transcripts you can read in the dashboard.
Pricing explained
| Plan | Price | Panels | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 3 | Unlimited tickets, automatic archives, forms, claiming, support teams |
| Voting Premium | Free via /vote | 3 | Small bonus perks for voting |
| Premium | $2.99 per server per month | Unlimited | Statistics, autoclose, exit surveys, embed colour, analytics dashboard, footer branding removal |
| Whitelabel | $6.99 per month | Unlimited | Premium plus custom bot name, avatar and status |
Prices are from tickets.bot/premium in October 2026, billed through Patreon. The page says multi server discounts are available but does not list them, and there is no yearly plan.
Feature list from the premium page. Unlimited tickets, automatic ticket archives, forms, ticket claiming, message footer branding removal, statistics, support hours, exit surveys, autoclose, custom commands from tags, custom embed colour, live message updates and sending messages from the dashboard, an analytics dashboard, knowledge base branding, bulk ticket actions and an awaiting response category. The page's layout does not show every plan mapping cleanly, so check the toggles in the dashboard before you pay.
Year one cost: $0 for most servers, or $35.88 for premium on one server. Ticket Tool premium is $7.99 a month ($95.88 a year). See the Price Index.
Key features
Panels
One click ticket creation with a separate button for each topic, such as billing, bug reports or appeals. Free servers get 3 panels; premium is unlimited.
Forms
Custom questions users answer before the ticket opens, so staff see order numbers or usernames up front instead of asking.
Claiming and support teams
Staff claim a ticket to own it. Support teams map different staff roles to different panels, so appeal tickets only reach senior moderators.
Transcripts
Closed tickets are archived automatically to cloud storage on every plan. A separate cleanup service removes transcripts a month after the bot leaves your server.
Support hours
Set the hours your team is available, so users know when to expect a reply.
Feedback and exit surveys
Users rate the service when a ticket closes, and premium adds exit surveys and statistics on volume and ratings.
Autoclose
Premium closes stale tickets automatically after a period of inactivity.
Whitelabel
Run the bot under your own name, avatar and status with Tickets branding removed, for $6.99 a month. A daemon checks that whitelabel owners still have an active subscription.
Setup
- Invite the bot from invite.tickets.bot and log in to dashboard.tickets.bot.
- Create a support team and assign staff roles.
- Build a panel per topic and attach a form to each.
- Set the ticket category, transcript channel and support hours.
- Post the panel in a public channel and run a test ticket.
The docs at docs.tickets.bot cover panels, transcripts, forms, feedback, claiming and staff teams.
What users say
Tickets v2's top.gg listing did not show a review count we could verify this month, so we report no rating for the current bot. The vendor's own claim of more than 600,000 communities suggests a large user base. Compare Ticket Tool at 4.07 on top.gg from 183 reviews.
Privacy and security
Tickets publishes a privacy policy and terms on tickets.bot. Its open source repositories include a data removal service that deletes unneeded user data after 30 days and a cleanup daemon that removes transcripts a month after the bot leaves a server; archives are stored in S3 object storage. Because the code is public, you can audit how ticket data is handled, which few Discord bots allow. Ticket transcripts can contain personal data, so limit transcript channel access to staff.
Tickets vs Ticket Tool at a glance
| Tickets | Ticket Tool | |
|---|---|---|
| Free tickets | Unlimited | Capped at 10 tickets a minute |
| Free panels | 3 | Unlimited |
| Claiming | Free | Premium |
| Automatic transcripts | Free | Premium (transcripts on free) |
| Premium price | $2.99 per server per month | $7.99 per month |
| Open source | Yes, MIT | No |
Ticket Tool's limits are from its own plan list in our records. For a server with one or two support topics, Tickets' free plan covers more. For a server with many separate request types and no budget, Ticket Tool's unlimited free panels may matter more than claiming.
