AmariBot Review 2026: Pricing, Features and Verdict

What it is

AmariBot is a focused leveling bot. Members earn XP for sending messages and, with premium, for talking in voice channels. Admins assign level roles, customize level up announcements and run a weekly leaderboard, and members customize their own rank cards. Its top.gg listing shows 322K servers.

There is no moderation, logging, music or economy. That is the point: AmariBot stays out of the way and does one job, which suits servers that already run Sapphire, Dyno or Carl-bot for everything else.

Pricing explained

Plan	Price	What you get
Free	$0	Text XP, level role rewards, leaderboards, weekly leaderboard, rank cards, join role, XP blacklists
User Premium	$6.99 or more, one time	Voice XP, custom cooldowns, multipliers, XP add and remove, donator channel

Details are from AmariBot's premium page in October 2026. The page states that all payments are currently one time payments for the listed perks, and that premium perks require a donation of $6.99 or more; anything less is a plain donation. Checkout is in USD through PayPal, and you can gift premium to another user by Discord ID.

Read the refund rules. AmariBot's FAQ says refunds are issued in very rare cases and that threatening a chargeback can get you banned from the bot. Treat the $6.99 as final.

Owner only commands. Its commands page marks cooldown, multiplier, modifyexp and voice as premium commands for server owners, so the owner should be the one who buys.

Year one cost: $0, or $6.99 once. Arcane premium is $7 a month ($84 a year), MEE6 $11.99 a month and Tatsu Server Plus $4.99 a month. Over a year AmariBot is the cheapest way to get voice XP among the leveling bots we compared. See the Price Index.

Key features

Text XP and level roles

Members earn XP per message, with a default cooldown of 8 seconds between XP grants. Level role rewards hand out roles at levels you choose, and setlevel lets admins place a member at a level directly.

Voice XP (premium)

Turn voice XP on, set the rate from 1 to 100 (default 2, multiplied by the cooldown) and set a voice cooldown of 1 to 60 minutes. Voice leveling is the main reason servers buy premium.

Cooldowns and multipliers (premium)

Change the text cooldown anywhere from 4 to 500 seconds. Set a global multiplier from 1 to 100, or different XP rates per channel or role, so an events channel or booster role can earn faster.

Weekly leaderboard

A separate weekly XP system with a top 3 announcement and reset, good for weekly activity contests. Free.

Rank cards and leaderboards

Members customize their rank card appearance with the profile command and check ranks with rank. The leaderboard covers all time and weekly.

Admin controls

Announcement settings, XP blacklists for channels and roles, a join role for new members, the option to clear XP when a member leaves, and resets for specific settings. Premium adds modifyexp to add or remove up to 10,000 XP from a member.

One time premium vs subscriptions

Bot	Premium price	Year one	Year two total
AmariBot	$6.99 once	$6.99	$6.99
Tatsu Server Plus	$4.99 a month	$59.88	$119.76
Arcane	$7 a month or $75 a year	$75	$150
MEE6	$11.99 a month	$143.88	$287.76

Prices are from each bot's record in our Price Index, at monthly list prices unless a yearly price is shown. The comparison is not like for like: Tatsu, Arcane and MEE6 include more than leveling, and their premium covers a whole server rather than one user. But if the only thing you want is voice XP and custom multipliers, AmariBot's one time payment beats every subscription after the first two months.

The fine print. AmariBot says payments are one time currently, so the model could change; buy for the features you need today.

Setup

1. Invite AmariBot from amaribot.com.
2. Set level up announcements and blacklist bot or spam channels from XP.
3. Add level role rewards in the rewards settings.
4. Turn on the weekly leaderboard if you run weekly contests.
5. As server owner, buy premium if you want voice XP or custom multipliers.

What users say

AmariBot shows 4.65 on top.gg from 156 reviews, close to Arcane (4.67) and ahead of Tatsu (4.56) among the leveling bots we compared. We report the score and count only. The review count is small for a bot in 322K servers, so weigh it lightly.

Privacy and security

AmariBot reads message and voice activity to award XP and stores per server XP data. The coleave option clears a member's XP when they leave, which reduces stored data. Purchases go through PayPal, and support runs through its Discord server and help@amaribot.com. Grant it role management only above the level roles it hands out, and below staff roles.

Who it is for

• Servers that want leveling only, without another all in one bot.
• Voice heavy communities that want voice XP without a subscription.
• Admins running weekly activity contests.

Who should skip it

• Servers that want games, pets and an economy around leveling: Tatsu.
• Servers that want leveling plus moderation in one bot: MEE6.
• Buyers who want a clear refund policy.

Alternatives

• Arcane review: 15 free role rewards, premium $7 a month.
• Tatsu review: leveling as a social game, Server Plus $4.99.
• MEE6 review: leveling inside an all in one bot.
• Sapphire review: free moderation and logging to pair with AmariBot.
• More in best Discord leveling bots.

Verdict

AmariBot is the simplest, cheapest serious leveling bot: free text leveling with weekly contests, and a one time $6.99 for voice XP and multipliers. Buy premium as the server owner and treat it as non refundable. If you want leveling wrapped in games, pick Tatsu instead.
