The price list
All prices are per month as listed on Goodcall's pricing page.
| Plan | Price | Unique callers | About this many calls | Extra caller | Cost per included caller | Workers | External tools | Team members | Call history |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $79 | 100 | 150 | $0.79 | $0.79 | 5 | 1 | 1 | 30 days |
| Growth | $129 | 500 | 750 | $0.26 | $0.26 | 10 | 5 | 5 | 90 days |
| Scale | $299 | 2,000 | 3,000 | $0.15 | $0.15 | 20 | 15 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | Custom | 2,000+ | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Every plan includes 24/7 answering, booking, lead capture, transfers, recording and transcripts, one local phone number, and AI usage for practice calls (about 100 test runs on Starter, 500 on Growth, 2,000 on Scale). Enterprise adds volume pricing, onboarding and an SLA. No annual price is published.
Overage is charged at the same rate as the plan's included callers, so going over never costs more per caller than staying under.
What a unique caller means in practice
Goodcall defines a customer as one phone number, once a month. That changes the math in three ways:
- Repeat callers are free. A customer who calls about a quote, then to book, then to reschedule is one unit. Goodcall's own estimate is 1.5 calls per caller.
- Minutes are free. A 12 minute call costs nothing more than a 20 second one.
- Junk is free. Spam and wrong numbers are not counted.
The flip side: if most of your callers ring once, like a restaurant taking one off questions, you get no repeat call benefit and Goodcall is simply a per call price.
The plan limits matter too. Starter's single external tool means one connection, say HighLevel or Google Sheets, and its 30 day call history is short if you review calls monthly. Growth's 5 tools and 5 logins fit most small teams.
Monthly bill at 200, 500 and 1,000
By unique callers (exact):
| Unique callers a month | Cheapest plan | Monthly bill | Per caller |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200 | Growth | $129 | $0.65 |
| 500 | Growth | $129 | $0.26 |
| 1,000 | Growth plus 500 extra at $0.26 | $259 | $0.26 |
By calls, using Goodcall's 1.5 calls per caller estimate:
| Calls a month | About this many callers | Cheapest plan | Monthly bill | Per call |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 200 | 133 | Starter plus 33 extra at $0.79 | about $105 | $0.53 |
| 500 | 333 | Growth | $129 | $0.26 |
| 1,000 | 667 | Growth plus 167 extra at $0.26 | about $172 | $0.17 |
Breakeven points: Starter beats Growth below about 163 callers. Growth beats Scale below about 1,150 callers. Model your own numbers in the calculator; enter callers as calls and note your repeat rate.
Hidden costs to plan for
- Price changes. One Trustpilot reviewer describes their bill moving from $59 to $99 to $130 without notice. Check the plan price on each invoice.
- Cancellation. Several Trustpilot reviewers say charges continued after cancelling. Cancel in writing and keep the confirmation.
- Integrations. Native links are HighLevel, Google Calendar and Google Sheets. Other systems go through Zapier, whose own plan is a separate cost, or an API you build.
- Language. English only. If you need Spanish, the cost of a second tool is part of the comparison.
No setup fee or phone number fee is listed.
How Goodcall compares
Bills at the same call volume, cheapest published plan, October 2026. Goodcall uses its own 1.5 calls per caller estimate; per minute tools assume 3 minute calls.
| Product | Billing unit | 200 calls | 500 calls | 1,000 calls |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Goodcall | Unique caller | about $105 | $129 | about $172 |
| Quo Sona | Call, plus $19 phone seat | $118 | $218 | $398 |
| Rosie | Minute (600, 1,500, 3,000) | $149 | $299 | Quote |
| Upfirst | Call | $159.95 | $299 | $579 |
| Nextiva XBert | Interaction | $198 | $495 | $990 |
| Smith.ai | Call | $385 | $800 | $1,850 |
Goodcall is the cheapest published option at all three volumes in this set, and the gap widens as volume grows. If every caller rang only once, 500 calls would cost $129 and 1,000 calls $259, still below every other row. See every tracked price on the AI Price Index.
How to keep the bill down
- Count unique numbers, not calls, in your phone log before choosing a plan.
- Move from Starter to Growth once you pass about 160 callers; it is cheaper.
- Use the free demo agent and practice calls to finish setup before connecting your number, since billing starts then.
- Forward only after hours and overflow calls at first to keep caller counts low while you tune it.
Is Goodcall worth the price?
On price alone, yes: it is the lowest cost AI receptionist we track for 200 to 1,000 calls a month, and it is the only one that never charges for minutes or repeat callers. Two things temper that: it answers in English only, and its small public review record is all billing complaints. Read the Goodcall review, compare Goodcall vs Rosie or see Goodcall alternatives.
