Teams. Firefly Pro, Pro Plus and Premium for teams are sold as annual plans billed monthly, at $19.99 to $199.99 per license, with 4,000, 10,000 or 50,000 credits per seat, shared assets and Admin Console seat management.
What credits mean in practice
Adobe uses one credit type for Standard and Premium features. On paid plans, standard image features are unlimited, so for still images on Adobe's own models you may never touch your credits. Credits go to premium features, partner models (GPT Image, Nano Banana, FLUX, Runway, Kling, Luma), video, sound effects and music. Adobe shows the credit cost before you generate, and it varies by feature, so there is no fixed images per credit figure.
Credits reset every month and do not roll over. Credits also work across Photoshop, Express, Illustrator and Substance 3D.
Annual vs monthly
Individual plan prices are listed monthly. Team plans are annual commitments billed monthly. If you choose any annual plan, read the cancellation terms: Adobe's Trustpilot page, at 1.1 from 7,542 reviews, is dominated by early termination fees on annual subscriptions.
Hidden costs
- Promo expiry. Pro Plus jumps from $34.97 to $49.99 and Premium from $139.91 to $199.99 after the first year. Pro Plus's unlimited images are listed for the first year.
- No rollover. Unused credits vanish at reset.
- Partner models cost credits. The unlimited standard features apply to standard image features; partner models and premium features draw credits.
- Indemnity is enterprise only. Adobe's IP indemnification is for eligible enterprise customers, not individual plans.
Worked examples
Social media manager, 60 images and 5 short videos a month. Standard at $9.99 covers unlimited standard images and up to 20 videos. Cost: $9.99.
Freelance designer who also needs Photoshop on the go. Pro at $19.99 includes Photoshop web and mobile plus Express Premium, cheaper than buying them separately. Cost: $19.99.
Creator testing GPT Image, Nano Banana and FLUX side by side, 300 images a month. Pro Plus at $34.97 in year one gives unlimited image generation on all image models at 1K and 2K. Budget $49.99 from year two.
Video heavy studio. Premium's unlimited Veo 3.1 Fast and Kling 3.0 make it the only plan where video volume is not a credit question. Cost: $139.91 in year one, then $199.99.
