What we can verify

Everything on this page is labeled by source, because 11x itself lists nothing. Its site offers a demo and no pricing page.

Data point Figure Source Type
Median annual contract $65,100 Vendr Buyer reported
Lowest reported $38,250 a year Vendr Buyer reported
Highest reported $83,100 a year Vendr Buyer reported
Advanced tier $45,000 a year Vendr Buyer reported
Advanced volume About 3,500 new prospects a month Vendr Buyer reported

Contract structure One year with a three month break clause TechCrunch, March 2025 Reporting
Reviewer spend example $9,000 with zero meetings from 9,000 messages Trustpilot One buyer

Vendr's listing names two products, Alice and Mike. The 11x site today lists Alice and Julian, its voice and inbound agent, so confirm which agents your quote covers.

Monthly equivalent

Contract Per year Per month Per new prospect (at 3,500 a month)
Low end $38,250 $3,188 $0.91
Advanced tier $45,000 $3,750 $1.07
Median $65,100 $5,425 $1.55
High end $83,100 $6,925 $1.98

Per prospect figures assume 3,500 new prospects a month, the volume Vendr lists for Advanced. Larger contracts likely cover more prospects or channels, so the real per prospect cost at the median may be lower.

What drives the quote

From what 11x lists on its site and what buyers report, expect the price to depend on:

  1. Agents: Alice (email and social outbound), Julian (voice and inbound) or both
  2. Volume: new prospects contacted a month
  3. Channels: email, social, voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp and the human dialer
  4. Languages and regions
  5. Payment terms: annual up front versus quarterly
  6. Contract length: multi year usually lowers the annual price

Hidden costs

  • Sending infrastructure. Ask whether domains and mailboxes are included and who owns them after you leave.
  • Data. 11x lists a real time lead database, but confirm how many enriched contacts are included and the price of extra.
  • CRM admin time. Integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, but someone has to map fields and own routing.
  • The break clause. Three months of fees are at risk if you exit at the break. Get the refund terms in writing.
  • Voice compliance. If you use Julian on outbound calls, budget legal review for consent rules.

How it compares

Tool Entry price Billing What you get
11x Quote only; Vendr median $65,100 a year Annual, paid annually or quarterly Alice and Julian agents, multichannel
Artisan Quote only; its comparison page claims plans from $250 a month Monthly claimed Ava AI BDR, 250M+ contacts, CSM
Reply.io Jason $800 a month, or $500 on annual billing Monthly or annual 1,000 active contacts, 2 LinkedIn accounts, data
AiSDR $1.50 per person prospected Daily, no contract Autonomous email and LinkedIn
Amplemarket $600 a month for 2 users Annual term Data, sequences, dialer, Duo AI
Instantly AI Sales Agent $94 a month bundle Monthly or annual 5,000 emails, 1,500 lead credits

At the median, a year of 11x costs about the same as 10 years of Reply.io's annual Jason plan at $500 a month ($6,000 a year). The question is whether 11x's voice agent, channel coverage and enterprise support are worth that gap for your team. For most small and mid sized teams, they are not. See the AI Price Index for every sales agent's entry price.

Worked examples

Series A startup, 1 AE, wants outbound meetings. 11x at the low end is about $38,250 a year. Reply.io's Jason on annual billing is $6,000 a year. Unless you need AI voice, start with Reply.io or AiSDR and revisit 11x when you have a RevOps owner.

Mid market company, inbound speed to lead plus outbound. If inbound leads wait hours for a call back, Julian's under 20 minute speed to lead claim is the case for 11x. A $65,100 contract pays back if it converts a handful of extra enterprise deals a year. Run the pilot on inbound first, where results show faster.

Enterprise, multilingual outbound across regions. 11x lists multilingual outreach and the widest channel set. Negotiate a multi year discount, a pilot region, and a success metric of meetings held per month.

Verdict on price

11x is the most expensive AI SDR we track, by a wide margin, and the only one where the main public price data comes from a third party. That can be worth it for an enterprise that needs voice, inbound and outbound agents in many languages. For everyone else, Reply.io, AiSDR and Artisan cost far less. Frequently asked questions

How much does 11x cost per month?

11x does not publish monthly prices. Using Vendr's buyer data, the median contract of $65,100 a year works out to about $5,425 a month, and the reported Advanced tier at $45,000 a year to $3,750 a month. The low end of Vendr's range, $38,250 a year, is about $3,190 a month.

Does 11x offer monthly billing?

No monthly plan is listed. Vendr lists annual and quarterly payment terms, and TechCrunch reported one year contracts with a three month break clause. Quarterly payment on an annual contract is still an annual commitment.

Is there a free trial of 11x?

No self serve trial is offered. The three month break clause in its contracts has worked as a trial for some buyers, according to TechCrunch, but you pay for those three months.

What is the cheapest alternative to 11x?

AiSDR is the cheapest true AI SDR we track at $1.50 per person prospected, billed daily with no contract. Reply.io's Jason AI SDR costs $500 a month on annual billing for 1,000 active contacts. Instantly's AI Sales Agent comes in bundles from $94 a month.

What should I negotiate with 11x?

The break clause date and refund, a success metric based on meetings held, ownership of sending domains and mailboxes, a cap on renewal price increases and the right to cancel channels you do not use, such as voice.

Does 11x charge per seat?

Not in the usual sense. Vendr's data shows tiers defined by new prospects contacted a month, such as about 3,500 on Advanced. Confirm with 11x how many prospects, mailboxes and channels your quote covers.
