11x Review 2026: Pricing, Features and Verdict
The most funded AI SDR startup, judged on what it publishes, what buyers pay and what a 2025 TechCrunch investigation found.
By , research by the BestBots team · Updated Oct 19, 2026
Fact checked against each company's published pricing, documentation and verified user ratings. How we score
11x is the AI SDR to shortlist only if you are an enterprise revenue team that wants email, social, voice and inbound agents from one vendor and can negotiate hard. It publishes no prices, the median buyer pays about $65,100 a year according to Vendr, and its 2025 TechCrunch controversy means you should pilot it with written exit terms.

11x covers the most channels of any AI SDR here (email, social, voice, chat, SMS and WhatsApp) and targets enterprise revenue teams. It publishes no prices, and a March 2025 TechCrunch investigation reported logos used without permission, annual contracts with three month break clauses and high early churn, so pilot it with clear exit terms.

What it is
11x sells "digital workers" for revenue teams. There are two:
- Alice runs outbound. According to 11x, she researches every account, writes a relevant message and works to earn the reply, across email and social channels.
- Julian runs voice and inbound. He answers and places calls, qualifies inbound demand from chat and forms, and routes hot leads to a rep. 11x claims speed to lead under 20 minutes for customers who used to take hours.
The channel list on the 11x site is the widest of any AI SDR we track: voice, email, chat, social, SMS, WhatsApp and a human dialer. 11x also lists multilingual outreach.
11x is a venture backed startup. Benchmark led a $24 million Series A and Andreessen Horowitz a $50 million Series B, both in 2024, per TechCrunch. Founder Hasan Sukkar stepped down as CEO in May 2025 and CTO Prabhav Jain became CEO. That matters because the product, the sales motion and the contract terms have all been shaped by a company that moved very fast and then had to reset.
Pricing explained
11x has no pricing page. Every deal starts with a demo, and pricing is set in the quote. The best public data point is Vendr, a software buying marketplace that publishes anonymized deal data:
| Data point | Figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Median contract | $65,100 a year | Vendr |
| Range | $38,250 to $83,100 a year | Vendr |
| Advanced tier example | $45,000 a year for about 3,500 new prospects a month | Vendr |
| Payment terms | Annual or quarterly | Vendr |
| Contract length | One year with a three month break clause | TechCrunch, March 2025 |
What that means per prospect
At $45,000 a year for 3,500 new prospects a month, you pay $3,750 a month, or about $1.07 per new prospect contacted. That is in the same range as AiSDR's published $1.50 per person prospected, but you commit to twelve months up front instead of paying daily. At the $65,100 median you pay about $5,425 a month.
Compare that with tools that publish prices. Reply.io's Jason AI SDR costs $500 a month on annual billing for 1,000 active contacts. Instantly's bundle with its AI Sales Agent starts at $94 a month. Even Amplemarket, which is annual only, starts at $600 a month for two users. Our 11x pricing page has the full math, and the AI Price Index compares every sales agent we track.
Contract terms to watch
TechCrunch reported that 11x sold one year contracts with a three month break clause, and that some customers used the break clause as a trial. Former employees told TechCrunch that the company counted the full annual value as recurring revenue even when customers left at the break. A Trustpilot reviewer describes a pilot conversation that turned into a required annual commitment. Before you sign, get these in writing:
- The exact break date and how to exercise it
- Whether the break clause refunds unused prepaid fees
- Who owns the sending domains and mailboxes if you leave
- The meeting or pipeline metrics that define success
Key features
Alice, the outbound agent
Alice builds lists from 11x's real time company and lead database plus live web search, writes personalized messages and handles replies. 11x quotes a customer, Leica Biosystems, at a 9.7% reply rate on outbound email across thousands of sends. That is a vendor case study, not an independent benchmark.
Julian, the voice and inbound agent
Julian answers inbound calls and chats, qualifies leads and books meetings, and can place outbound calls. 11x claims 7,000+ calls automated for customers. If you target US mobile numbers with AI voice, involve your legal team on consent rules first.
Multichannel sequences
Email, social, SMS and WhatsApp steps can run in one sequence. 11x lists deliverability and mailbox health tools, though it does not publish mailbox limits or warmup specifics.
Signals and website visitors
11x lists website visitor tracking and live research signals so Alice can reach accounts that are showing interest. Specific intent data partners are not named on the site.
Integrations
11x lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, LinkedIn, G2, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar and an API. That covers the CRMs most mid market and enterprise teams use.
Data accuracy and deliverability
This is where AI SDRs win or lose, and 11x publishes little. It does not name its data providers, publish a bounce rate or explain how many messages a mailbox sends a day. The risk is the same as with any autonomous sender: if the agent emails the wrong people at volume, your domains take the reputational hit.
Trustpilot reviewers flag both sides. Several praise booked meetings and personalization. One reports poor targeting, with executives at large firms showing up in a small company campaign. Another says some messages contained strange mistakes. The most serious review describes $9,000 spent and zero meeting requests from 9,000 messages. Ask 11x to run your first campaign on separate sending domains, with approval mode on, and to share bounce and spam complaint rates weekly.
What users say
11x scores 4.3 on Trustpilot from 38 reviews: 71% five star, 13% four star, 3% two star and 13% one star. That is a small sample for a company of its funding.
Recurring praise:
- Meetings booked and positive replies from AI written outreach
- Dedicated account managers who stay hands on
- Personalization across email and LinkedIn at once
Recurring complaints:
- Targeting that ignores the campaign's company size rules
- Messages with odd errors despite careful prompts
- Zero results for real spend in at least one case
- Pressure to move from a pilot to an annual contract
The bigger trust question is the March 2025 TechCrunch investigation. It reported that 11x showed ZoomInfo and Airtable logos on its site although neither was a customer; ZoomInfo said it had only run a one month trial and its lawyer cited false advertising. Former employees put early churn at 70 to 80%. 11x responded that the logos came down after human error and that retention was 79%. The founder left the CEO role two months later. None of this means the product does not work. It does mean you should verify every claim with a reference customer you find yourself.
Privacy and security
11x lists SOC 2 Type II, audited annually, and CASA Tier 3, a Google app security assessment. It says it is GDPR and CCPA compliant and offers a data processing agreement to EU customers. Data is hosted on AWS with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest.
What the security page does not say is whether your data, prospect replies or call recordings are used to train models. Ask for that in the DPA, along with data retention after you cancel.
Who it is for
- Enterprise revenue teams with a RevOps owner who can manage an AI program
- Companies that want an AI phone agent for inbound speed to lead plus outbound email
- Teams selling in several languages
- Buyers with enough budget to absorb a $40,000 to $80,000 annual commitment
Who should skip it
- Startups and small teams: Reply.io and AiSDR publish prices and let you start small
- Anyone who needs to see results before paying for a year: Artisan claims monthly plans, see Artisan's review
- Teams that just need volume email: Instantly and Smartlead cost a fraction
- Buyers who weigh vendor credibility heavily after the 2025 reporting
Alternatives
- Artisan: the closest managed AI BDR, with a 250M+ contact database and SOC 2 Type II
- Reply.io: Jason AI SDR from $500 a month on annual billing, with a public price list
- AiSDR: $1.50 per person prospected, billed daily, no contract
- Amplemarket: data, dialer and AI copywriting from $600 a month for two users
- Apollo: the budget all in one if you can run sequences yourself
Our 11x alternatives page ranks the full list, and 11x vs Artisan settles the most common head to head.
Verdict
11x has the broadest agent lineup of any AI SDR, and for an enterprise that wants AI on the phones as well as in the inbox, that matters. But it asks for the most trust of any vendor here: no public prices, annual contracts at a Vendr median of $65,100, a thin review base and a 2025 investigation into how it described its customers. If you buy, pilot on separate domains, insist on a break clause with a refund, and define success in meetings held, not emails sent. Most small and mid sized teams will get more for less from Reply.io or Artisan.

Manychat4.1Frequently asked questions
How much does 11x cost?
11x does not publish prices. Vendr, which brokers software deals, lists a median 11x contract of $65,100 a year and a range of $38,250 to $83,100, with an Advanced tier around $45,000 a year for about 3,500 new prospects a month. Expect an annual agreement, paid annually or quarterly.
Is 11x legit?
It is a real, venture funded company with paying customers and SOC 2 Type II. It also has a credibility problem: in March 2025 TechCrunch reported that 11x showed ZoomInfo and Airtable logos without permission and that former staff put early churn at 70 to 80%. 11x said the logos came down and that retention is 79%. Two months later its founding CEO stepped down.
What is the difference between Alice and Julian?
Alice is the outbound agent: it researches accounts, writes email and social messages and handles replies. Julian is the voice and inbound agent: it answers and places calls, chats with website visitors and qualifies inbound leads, which 11x pitches as speed to lead under 20 minutes.
Does 11x have a free trial?
No self serve trial is listed. You book a demo. TechCrunch reported that 11x used three month break clauses inside one year contracts as a de facto trial, so negotiate that clause explicitly and get the exit terms in writing.
Can 11x make phone calls?
Yes. Julian handles voice, and 11x lists a human dialer alongside AI calling. Check the consent rules for automated calls in each country you target before switching it on, since AI voice calls to mobile numbers face strict rules in the US.
Who owns 11x now?
11x is a private startup backed by Benchmark, which led a $24 million Series A, and Andreessen Horowitz, which led a $50 million Series B, both reported in 2024. Founder Hasan Sukkar stepped down as CEO in May 2025 and became non executive chairman; CTO Prabhav Jain took over as CEO.
Is 11x better than Artisan?
11x covers more channels, including AI voice, and fits enterprises with a RevOps team. Artisan is easier to buy, includes a 250M+ contact database and claims plans from $250 a month on monthly terms on its own comparison page. See our [11x vs Artisan](/11x-vs-artisan) comparison.
What are the best 11x alternatives?
Reply.io's Jason AI SDR publishes its price ($500 a month on annual billing), AiSDR bills per person prospected with no contract, and Artisan is the closest managed AI BDR. Our [11x alternatives](/11x-alternatives) page ranks eight options.
