Fact checked against each company's published pricing, documentation and verified user ratings. How we score
Reply.io is the best AI SDR for teams that want to see a price before a sales call: its Jason agent costs $800 a month for 1,000 active contacts, or $500 billed annually, with data, 2 LinkedIn accounts and done for you deliverability included. The self serve plans start at $59 per user but include only 50 data credits a month.

Reply.io is the rare AI SDR with a public price list: Jason starts at $500 a month on annual billing or $800 month to month for 1,000 active contacts, with real time B2B data, LinkedIn accounts and done for you deliverability included. The catch is that the self serve plans include only 50 data credits a month, and LinkedIn and calling are paid add ons on the Email Volume plan.

What it is
Reply.io is a sales engagement platform that has been around for more than 10 years and says 3,000+ companies use it. It runs multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp tasks, with a unified inbox, reporting and native CRM sync.
In 2024 it added Jason, an AI SDR. Jason builds an ICP, finds prospects in Reply.io's real time database, writes personalized sequences, sends them around the clock and handles replies, with a copilot mode if you want to approve messages first. Reply.io sells Jason as its own plan family, alongside the classic self serve plans.

Price math
- Cost per active contact on Jason Starter: $0.80 monthly or $0.50 annual at 1,000 contacts; $0.50 monthly or $0.30 annual at 10,000.
- Do it yourself equivalent: Multichannel at $99 plus a 1,000 credit data pack at $119 is $218 a month for one user, but you write and run the sequences.
- Annual vs monthly on Jason: the annual price is 37.5% lower at 1,000 contacts ($500 against $800), so the monthly plan works best as a short pilot.
Other add ons
Data credits from $39 for 200 to $599 for 10,000 a month. Email validation from $20 for 5,000 checks. Pre-warmed domains $25 a year plus $15 per mailbox a month, fresh mailboxes $5 a month, and extra email account seats $29 a month.
Features
Sequences. Unlimited sequences with conditional steps, A/B testing, triggers and templates on every plan.
Channels. Email on all plans; LinkedIn connection requests, messages, InMail, voice messages and engagement; a dialer with call recording and transcripts; automated SMS; WhatsApp as manual tasks; any channel through a Zapier step.
Data. Live data from 1 billion B2B contacts by Reply.io's count, verified emails it claims at 97%+ accuracy, technology and hiring filters, buyer intent signals and up to 200 website visitor reveals a month.
Deliverability. Warmup through Mailtoaster on every mailbox, inbox rotation, ESP matching, custom tracking domains, Google Postmaster integration and an email health checker. A deliverability service is included on AI SDR and Agency plans.
AI. AI sequence builder, AI variables and icebreakers, reply categorization and AI reply handling on every plan; AI generated ICP and real time data on Jason.
Integrations. Two way HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync; Copper, Zendesk Sell and Close; Zapier, Make, n8n, API and MCP. A SOC 2 report is available on Multichannel and above.
Setup
Self serve plans start with a 14 day free trial. Connect Google, Microsoft or SMTP mailboxes, run the email health check on SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and let warmup run before you send. Annual customers get onboarding with a CSM.
Jason plans start with a demo call. Reply.io sets up the ICP, sequences and deliverability with you, and Growth adds white glove onboarding and a Slack channel.
Data quality and deliverability limits
Reply.io scores 4.6 on Trustpilot from 268 reviews, with 79% five star. The negative reviews point to a hard to find cancel option and charges after a customer stopped using the product, contacts marked as finished that kept receiving messages, slow answers to complex issues and LinkedIn connections that drop and silently pause steps.
The structural limit is data on self serve plans: 50 credits a month is enough to test, not to prospect. Budget for a data pack, or use Jason, where contacts are part of the plan. Reply.io's "unlimited mailboxes" sits under a fair use policy tied to your active contact limit.
Who it is for
- Small and mid size B2B teams that want an AI SDR with a known monthly cost
- Teams that sequence across email and LinkedIn and want one inbox
- HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive users who want two way sync
- Agencies, through Agency plans from $210 a month or AI SDR at $500 per client
Who should skip it
- Teams that only send cold email at high volume; Instantly or Smartlead cost less per email
- Teams that need lots of data on a self serve plan without buying packs
- Buyers who want inbound voice agents as well; 11x lists those
- Anyone unwilling to commit annually for the best Jason price
Verdict
Reply.io earns its place near the top of our best AI SDR tools ranking for one reason above all: Jason is a real AI SDR with a published price, $800 a month or $500 annual for 1,000 contacts, and the plan bundles the data, LinkedIn accounts and deliverability work you would otherwise buy separately. Pilot it monthly, measure meetings per 1,000 contacts, then switch to annual if the numbers hold.
