Fact checked against each company's published pricing, documentation and verified user ratings. How we score
AiSDR is the lowest risk way to try an autonomous AI SDR: it charges $1.50 per person prospected, billed daily, with campaigns from $7.50 and no contract. The agent works email, LinkedIn and phone. The tradeoff is proof: its Trustpilot profile has no reviews, and volume pricing sits behind a sales call.

The cheapest way to try a true AI SDR: $1.50 per person prospected, campaigns from $7.50, billed daily with no contract. The tradeoff is thin independent proof, since its Trustpilot profile has no reviews, and volume discounts and the Salesforce integration sit behind a sales call on the Team plan.

What it is
AiSDR is an AI sales development rep. You describe your ideal customer and offer; the agent finds matching people, researches each one, writes personalized outreach and runs a multi step sequence across channels. It can send videos, voice notes and images as well as text.
Its research inputs, according to AiSDR, include a 300M+ global lead database, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn posts and profiles, company news, hiring data, web search and technology usage tracking. Its outreach channels are email, LinkedIn (connection requests, DMs and InMail) and phone calls through an Aircall integration.
What sets it apart is the billing model. Most AI SDRs sell monthly retainers or annual contracts. AiSDR charges per prospect, per day.
Pricing explained
Prices as listed on AiSDR's pricing page in October 2026.
| Plan | Price | Terms | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay as you go | $1.50 per person prospected | Billed daily, cancel anytime, campaigns from $7.50 | Unlimited touchpoints per prospect, email, LinkedIn, phone, 300M+ leads, HubSpot sync |
| Team | Up to 40% lower per contact | Monthly, quarterly or annual (annual 20% below quarterly), 1,000+ contacts a month | Dedicated GTM engineer, training, Salesforce integration, LinkedIn signals, website visitor tracking |
Add ons
- Warmed up mailbox: $33 a month each
- Managed campaign: $149 per campaign
- Fully managed service: $2,500 a month
Price math
- Small test, 100 prospects: 100 x $1.50 = $150, plus 1 or 2 warmed mailboxes at $33 each if you need them. Total about $183 to $216.
- 500 prospects a month: $750 a month plus mailboxes.
- 1,000 prospects a month on pay as you go: $1,500 a month. On the Team plan at the full 40% discount, $0.90 per prospect, or $900 a month. AiSDR does not publish the exact Team rate.
- Against Reply.io Jason: Jason Starter is $800 a month for 1,000 active contacts, or $500 annual, with 2 LinkedIn accounts included. At 1,000 contacts Jason is cheaper; below roughly 530 prospects a month, AiSDR's pay as you go is cheaper than Jason's monthly plan.
The model rewards small, targeted lists. It penalizes spray and pray volume, which is arguably healthy for your domains.
Features
Prospect research. Each person is researched from live web search and LinkedIn activity, plus company news, hiring and tech stack signals, before the message is written.
Sequences. Configurable multi step sequences with unlimited touchpoints per prospect across channels, with rich media options.
LinkedIn. Connection requests, direct messages and InMail, plus LinkedIn signals on the Team plan.
Phone. Calls through the Aircall integration.
CRM. Two way HubSpot sync with automatic list enrichment and activity logging; Salesforce activity logging on the Team plan.
Deliverability. AiSDR describes patented infrastructure, domain protection, reputation management and reply rate monitoring, and sells warmed mailboxes at $33 a month. It does not publish warmup or volume limits.
Managed options. If you do not want to run the agent yourself, AiSDR will build a campaign for $149 or run the program for $2,500 a month.
Setup
You can sign up without a credit card, build your ICP and messaging and test the agent before paying. Charges start when you launch a campaign. Connect your HubSpot account if you use it, and either connect your own warmed mailboxes or buy them from AiSDR.
Two practical tips: use sending domains separate from your main brand, and start with 100 to 200 prospects in one segment so you can read results before scaling.
Data quality and deliverability limits
AiSDR's Trustpilot profile was claimed in July 2023 and still shows zero reviews, so there is no independent record of reply rates, data accuracy or support to weigh against the vendor's claims. G2 and Capterra listings blocked automated access during our research, so we did not use them.
That gap matters because AI SDR results vary widely. Reviews of competitors include very low positive reply rates (0.07% in one Artisan review) and campaigns with zero meetings (one 11x review). Assume AiSDR faces the same limits: data accuracy depends on its sources, and deliverability depends on your domains and volume. AiSDR does not list a SOC 2 report on its homepage, which matters if you will connect a CRM with customer data.
How it compares
| Item | AiSDR | Reply.io Jason | Artisan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry price | $1.50 per prospect | $800 per month for 1,000 contacts ($500 annual) | Quote only |
| Contract | None, billed daily | Monthly or annual | Scoped by sales |
| Channels | Email, LinkedIn, phone | Email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS | Email and social, calls queued for reps |
| CRM | HubSpot; Salesforce on Team | HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive | Salesforce, HubSpot |
| Trustpilot | No reviews | 4.6 from 268 | 4.1 from 42 |
On published facts, AiSDR wins on flexibility and entry cost, Reply.io wins on price at 1,000+ contacts and on review record, and Artisan wins on documented security (SOC 2 Type II).
Who it is for
- Founders who want to test an AI SDR for under $200
- Small B2B teams working a few hundred well chosen accounts a month
- HubSpot users who want activity logged automatically
- Teams that want a managed option without a long contract
Who should skip it
- Teams sending to thousands of new prospects a month who will not take a sales call; per prospect costs climb fast
- Buyers who require SOC 2 or a long public review record; consider Artisan or Reply.io
- Teams that want to write and control every message; Apollo or Lemlist give more control for less
Verdict
AiSDR has the most buyer friendly terms of any AI SDR we compared: $1.50 per prospect, billed daily, cancel anytime. That makes it the right first test for a team curious about AI SDRs. It ranks third in our best AI SDR tools guide rather than higher because its independent review record is empty and its volume pricing is unpublished. Run a 100 to 200 prospect test, measure positive replies and meetings, and only then talk Team plan pricing.

It is cheaper to start and far more flexible on terms: AiSDR publishes $1.50 per prospect with no contract, while Artisan and 11x are quote only and 11x reportedly uses annual contracts.
