Amplemarket Review 2026: Pricing, Duo AI and Verdict
The all in one outbound platform for funded teams, judged on its published plan limits, the annual commitment and the lack of independent reviews.
By , research by the BestBots team · Updated Oct 19, 2026
Fact checked against each company's published pricing, documentation and verified user ratings. How we score
Amplemarket is the best all in one outbound platform for a funded sales team: data, mobile numbers, multichannel sequences, a dialer, deliverability tools and Duo AI in one contract from $600 a month for two users. The tradeoffs are an annual term, quote only upper tiers and almost no independent reviews to check its claims against.

A complete stack for a funded sales team: data, mobile numbers, sequences, dialer, deliverability and AI copywriting in one contract from $600 a month for 2 users. The tradeoff is commitment and visibility: the entry plan is an annual term, higher tiers are quote only, and there are no Trustpilot reviews to check against vendor claims.

What it is
Amplemarket sells a single platform meant to replace the usual outbound stack of a database (ZoomInfo or Apollo), a sequencer (Outreach or Salesloft), a dialer and a deliverability tool. Its customer logos on the pricing page are labeled by what each team migrated off: Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo plus Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo plus Cognism. One customer quote claims a 56% cut in tooling costs from consolidating.
The parts:
- Searcher: contact and company search over its own B2B database, with 30+ CRM based filters and 200M verified mobile numbers
- Signals and job change alerts: intent signals and alerts when tracked contacts change jobs
- Multichannel sequences and social automation: email, calls and social steps, with automation for click heavy tasks
- Parallel dialer: call verified numbers in one click
- Deliverability: domain health center, warmup (Deliverability Booster), spam checker and mailbox recommendation
- Duo AI: Copilot, Copywriter, Signals, Competitive Intelligence, Voice and Inbox
- MCP add on: prospect and act from Claude or ChatGPT

Price math
- Startup, 2 users: $600 x 12 = $7,200 a year, or $300 per user a month.
- Email cost: 27,000 email credits a year across 2 users is about $0.27 per email credit if you value the whole plan at data alone. In practice you are also paying for the sequencer, dialer and deliverability tools.
- Phone cost: 1,200 phone credits a year on Startup (600 x 2) is only 100 a month. Teams that cold call heavily will hit that quickly and need Growth.
For comparison, Apollo's Professional plan is $79 a seat a month on annual billing with 48,000 credits a seat a year, and an email costs 1 credit there. See the AI Price Index for every sales tool's entry price.
Key features
Duo Copilot
Watches buying signals, suggests leads that match your persona and recommends actions. One reviewer on Amplemarket's own page says Copilot populates 15+ new leads a day.
Duo Copywriter
Writes personalized emails in the voice you set. Customer quotes on the pricing page praise authentic sounding messages.
Duo Voice and Duo Inbox
Duo Voice sends AI voice messages at scale (Growth and up). Duo Inbox drafts a reply for every prospect email (Elite only). Neither is on Startup, which matters if you bought Amplemarket for the AI.
Data and enrichment
B2B database, 200M verified mobile numbers, data enrichment, calendar enrichment and real time email validation to cut bounces.
Deliverability
Domain health center, warmup, a spam checker and a mailbox recommendation feature that picks the mailbox most likely to land in the inbox. These are on every plan.
Dialer and analytics
An outbound and parallel dialer, workflows and funnel analytics.
Setup
Amplemarket is sold with onboarding: community sessions on Startup, a personalized plan on Growth and Elite. A sensible first month looks like this:
- Connect two mailboxes per user on dedicated sending domains and let the Deliverability Booster warm them.
- Connect your CRM so Searcher can exclude existing customers and open deals.
- Set personas and ICP filters, then let Duo Copilot suggest leads for a week before you trust it.
- Write one sequence with Duo Copywriter, read every draft, and edit the voice settings until the drafts need few changes.
- Turn on job change alerts for your best customers, since champions who move are often the warmest leads.
- Review spam checker and domain health results weekly.
Data accuracy and deliverability
Amplemarket's pitch is "quality data" and real time validation, but it publishes no bounce rate or match rate, and we found no independent audit. Use the free trial to pull 500 contacts in your niche, validate them through a separate verifier and compare with your current source. On deliverability, Startup's 2 mailboxes per user is a low ceiling for teams sending at volume; Growth raises it to 4 and Elite to 8.
What users say
Amplemarket's Trustpilot profile is unclaimed with no reviews, and G2 blocked our fetch, so we cannot cite an independent rating with a count. The quotes on Amplemarket's pricing page are positive (ease of use, lead quality, Duo insights, HubSpot integration, meetings during the trial), but they are selected by the vendor.
The absence of independent reviews is not a red flag by itself; many enterprise tools are reviewed mainly on G2. It does mean you should ask for two reference customers your size and talk to them without a rep on the call.
Privacy and security
Amplemarket maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and encrypts data at rest and in transit, with keys managed in Google Cloud KMS using hardware security modules. SSO is on Elite only. Ask for the SOC 2 report, the subprocessor list and whether your email content is used to train Duo models.
Who it is for
- Funded startups replacing three or more sales tools
- Teams that both email and cold call
- Sales leaders who want one vendor, one contract and a CSM
- HubSpot and CRM users who want enrichment and sequences synced
Who should skip it
- Solo founders and tiny teams; Apollo or lemlist start far cheaper
- Buyers who need monthly terms
- Teams that want AI reply drafting on a small plan, since Duo Inbox is Elite only
- Pure volume emailers; Instantly costs a fraction
Alternatives
- Apollo: the budget all in one with a free plan
- lemlist: multichannel sequences with LinkedIn, priced per user monthly
- Reply.io: sequences plus the Jason AI SDR
- Outreach: the enterprise sequencing and forecasting platform
- ZoomInfo: the larger data set, with Copilot
Verdict
Amplemarket is a strong consolidation buy: one contract covers data, phones, sequences, dialing, deliverability and AI copywriting, and it publishes more plan detail than most enterprise tools. The $7,200 a year entry commitment, unpublished extra user pricing and missing independent reviews keep it from the top spot. Use the free trial to test data in your niche, and only sign if it replaces at least two tools you already pay for.
