Fact checked against each company's published pricing, documentation and verified user ratings. How we score
My AI Front Desk packs the most channels into one plan of any AI receptionist we compared: voice, web chat, two way SMS, email drafts, forms and a CRM for $99 a month, with 20+ languages. It suits property managers and therapy practices that use its integrations. The catch is support and refunds, with a 3.4 Trustpilot score and terms that generally rule out refunds.

The most features in one flat plan: 20+ languages, booking, transfers, chat, SMS and property management and therapy software integrations. Its Trustpilot score of 3.4 from 19 reviews, with repeated refund complaints, is the reason it ranks last.

What it is
My AI Front Desk, now branded Frontdesk and run by Bevado, is an AI receptionist that has grown into a small business communication suite. The phone agent answers 24/7, answers questions from your website and knowledge base, qualifies leads, books into your calendar and warm transfers to staff with the transcript. Around it sit a web chatbot, an SMS agent, email drafting, WhatsApp, a built in CRM with customer memory across channels, a ticket system, outbound call and text campaigns, and reporting.
Frontdesk says 10,000+ businesses use it. Its strongest vertical is property management, with direct integrations for Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata and Buildium, followed by therapy practices on SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane App and CentralReach. It also lists real estate, retail and ecommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo), accounting, legal and automotive.
Pricing explained
There is one public plan. Prices as listed on the pricing page in October 2026.
| Item | Business-in-a-Box |
|---|---|
| Monthly billing | $99 per month |
| Annual billing | $79 per month, $948 paid upfront |
| Voice minutes | 200 a month (calls and website voice) |
| Outbound calls | 20 a day, hard cap |
| Chatbot | 100 conversations a month |
| SMS | 400 messages a month |
| 500 drafts a month | |
| Website forms | 300 submissions a month |
| Overage pool | 1,000 credits a month, unused credits expire |
| Notification recipients | 3 |
| Free trial | 7 days, no credit card |
Overage is paid in credits. A voice minute costs 25 credits, an SMS 4, a chatbot conversation 5 and a form lead 4. The included 1,000 credits cover about 40 extra voice minutes. After that, auto reload buys 1,000 credits for $10, which works out to $0.25 per voice minute, the lowest published overage among the AI receptionists we track. Reload credits never expire.
Partner and Enterprise plans are for 25+ interactions a day, priced on volume, with voice as low as 7 credits a minute (about $0.07), API access, custom integrations and an account manager.
Worked bills, monthly billing:
- 200 minutes: $99.
- 500 minutes: 240 covered, 260 extra at 25 credits is 6,500 credits, so 7 reloads at $10. About $169.
- 1,000 minutes: 760 extra minutes is 19,000 credits, 19 reloads. About $289.
Annual billing takes $20 off each of those. The My AI Front Desk pricing page has the full math and rival comparisons, and the calculator models your own volume.
Key features
Phone agent
The voice agent trains from your website URL or a business description, which Frontdesk says takes under five minutes. It answers FAQs, qualifies leads with your questions, books appointments and warm transfers to your team with the full transcript. Website visitors can also talk to it by voice.
Omnichannel inbox and CRM
Calls, chats, texts, emails, form leads and WhatsApp messages land in one AI native CRM with customer memory, so a caller who texted last week is recognized. This is the main reason to pick it over voice only tools.
Outbound automation
The plan can place follow up calls, reminders and renewal offers automatically, capped at 20 outbound calls a day on Business-in-a-Box, plus SMS campaigns and automation sequences. Frontdesk cites a customer that generated $30,000+ in five days of outbound calls; that is a company claim.
Vertical integrations
Property management (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata, Buildium) and therapy software (SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane App, CentralReach) are native. Shopify, WooCommerce and Klaviyo cover ecommerce. Everything else goes through Zapier, or the API on Enterprise.
Languages
The pricing page lists 20+ languages, far more than the English and Spanish offered by Rosie, Dialzara and Smith.ai.
Testing and governance
You can run simulated scenarios before launch. Enterprise adds granular permissions, audit logs and an option to run the AI on your own infrastructure.
What users say
As of October 2026, My AI Front Desk holds 3.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 19 reviews, 18 of them in the last 12 months. The spread is polarized: 58% five stars, 21% one star, 11% two stars.
Praise centers on the agent itself: callers handled professionally, CRM sync working, staff time saved. One reviewer credits it with a 20% rise in booked sales calls.
Complaints cluster in three areas:
- Refunds. Several reviewers say refunds were refused after a trial or first month that did not work for them. One says they paid $1,428 upfront and were refused after finding missing features.
- Billing after cancellation. At least one reviewer reports billing attempts after asking to cancel.
- Support. Reviewers describe days long waits for replies, failed account setup and, in one October 2026 review, no human support at all. Another says results were inconsistent enough to make the product unusable.
Trustpilot notes the company had not replied to its negative reviews. G2 and Capterra blocked access to their listings, so we could not check those.
These complaints line up with the written terms. Frontdesk's terms of service say refunds are generally not provided, with exceptions at its discretion. The terms also say that during a free trial you are still responsible for usage fees beyond what is included, and that subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly. None of that is unusual for SaaS, but combined with the reviews it means you should start monthly, not on the $948 annual plan.
Privacy and security
Frontdesk says it is HIPAA compliant and signs BAAs, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and offers local deployment and audit logs for enterprise customers. Its terms give it the right to collect and use data from your usage to improve its services, and a perpetual, irrevocable license to use AI generated content for platform improvement. There is no published opt out of that use on the pages we opened, so health and legal businesses should ask for one in the BAA or contract. The terms also put call recording consent on you.
Who it is for
- Property managers on Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, RealPage or Entrata
- Therapy, ABA and speech practices on SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane or CentralReach
- Owners who want calls, chat, texts and email in one inbox without buying a separate CRM
- Multilingual customer bases
- Businesses that run outbound reminders and follow ups
Who should skip it
- Buyers who need a safety net on refunds. Use Rosie or Dialzara, both month to month with 7 day trials, or Smith.ai's free plan.
- Voice only users. If you only need calls answered, Rosie's $49 plan covers 250 minutes.
- Offices that need a human backup. Look at Smith.ai or Ruby.
- Repeat caller businesses. Goodcall counts repeat callers once and never meters minutes.
Alternatives
- Rosie: $49 for 250 minutes or $149 for 1,000. See Rosie vs My AI Front Desk.
- Goodcall: $129 for 500 unique callers, unlimited minutes. See Goodcall vs My AI Front Desk.
- Dialzara: $99 for 220 minutes, with SMS and chat included.
- Upfirst: 300 calls for $159.95, 35+ languages.

Verdict
On paper, My AI Front Desk is the best value all in one plan in AI reception: $99 buys a phone agent, chat, SMS, email, forms, a CRM, 20+ languages and integrations no rival at this price matches for property management and therapy. The problem is the company around the product. A 3.4 Trustpilot score with repeated refund and support complaints, terms that generally deny refunds, and no replies to critics put it behind tools with a cleaner record. Use the 7 day trial hard, start monthly, and cancel in writing if it does not fit. Full rankings: best AI receptionists.
